Rhys Bartholomew and Xavier Hundtermark round out the team in the tincat kitchen Whilst Claire Graham is enjoying a bit more time back in the dining rooms with Kate Arnold, David Salter, Pei Yu Liew, Scarlett Groom Ransom & Jaimes Nagel , providing our usual brand of fine hospitality!
