We recently welcomed Huen Jin to the team, Huen is a Korean born and trained chef with a wealth of experience and an exciting approach to menudesign. We look forward to introducing some of Huen's dishes to you.

 

We know that Huen will bring yet another exciting facet to the kitchen that proves inspiring and his time in the states has provided impetus for some very new food at the cat...together with Guy's creole and american favours, and a body of expereince from around the globe, which simply adds to Jane's wealth of experience, including substantial italian influence at Botanic and Citrus, provides a great depth to the tincat kitchen. Guy, Clair, Huen and Jane look forward to continuing to provide you with a reason to visit Kent Town for a bite...
