why a gallery space?
tincatcafe was originally a tearoom and studio space for now collectable artist David Bromley.
When Andy, David & Claire took over the space in 2000 they wished to continue to provide an affordable, friendly and accessible space for emerging artists to exhibit...
By providing support to local artists over the past few years the reputation of the gallery space has grown and the exhibition calendar has become more exciting...the addition of a pristine gallery space on the second floor adds another dimension to the workings of the gallery aspect of the restaurant.

Emma Hack, with a little help from the fabulous Florence Broadhurst creates evolution crocodile in bodyart08...her current collection is the most successful yet...and she has reached out into the eastern seaboard, London and Dubai.
Emma's next show is at the northstar hotel, melrose , southern flinders ranges, south australia. It wil be curated by Claire Graham, tincatcafe.
